Waste Tire System

Waste Tire System includes three phases:

• Phase 1: Waste Tires > crumb rubber (40 mesh).
  

  First phase uses tire recycling equipment. Waste tire is converted crumb rubber with a necessary 40 mesh grade.

• Phase 2: Crumb Rubber > Rubber Material..
  

  From there crumb rubber is compressed to rubber material using key equipment. Our equipment produces renewable crumb rubber using specialized technology and formulas.

• Phase 3: Rubber material > products.
  

  The rubber material is then molded into all types of products. At this point, careful consideration is needed for the design of different systems. It must meet all independent qualifications of the intended purpose.
