Railroad Ties

Highly durable. These rubber encased railroad ties have a steal-beam core filled with concrete that is then encased in 80 to 180 pounds of rubber material. The ties do not need to be held together with a special binder or glue. We have special equipment, special technical improvements, and inventions. These railroad ties are over 200% stronger than wood ties and have a longer lifetime than wood.

Our railroad ties simply outperform traditional railroad ties. They are virtually impervious to the elements; will not rust, splinter, crumble, rot, absorb moisture, or leach toxic chemicals into the environment even through very hot or very cold seasons. Also, they are completely impervious to infestation by insects.

We believe our railroad ties are the new systems and engineering solutions for existing problems of noise and vibrations. When a train passes above the tracks, the heavy vehicle emits frequencies that vibrate along the rails. Anti-vibration tracks are good for the common railway, city metro, and steel viaduct.
